The festival will be held on state route 13 one mile south of Utica,
Ohio - nine miles north of of Newark, Ohio - on the grounds of
the Energy Cooperative.
All crafters are to be in place from 9:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday, May
24, 10:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday, May 25, and 10:00am to 6:00pm on Monday, May
26. Setup day is Friday, May 23th from 7:00am to 7:00pm ir Saturday, May
26 before 9:00am All exhibitors are expected to stay all three days. If you leave
before the set time, you will not be asked back next year. You may have a space
in a tent or outside in you own tent. The spaces in the tent are $65 for 8 feet
deep and 10 feet in length. The spaces outside are $75 for a 12 by 12 space.
Exhibitors must provide booth tables and equipment needed to display and demonstrate
their art or craft. Electricity will be furnished at no charge to the crafters.
Exhibitors should have extension cords is electric is needed for their lights
or tools. All tents are lighted. Each exhibitor is requested to limit the number
of lights to four(4) individual lights per space, maximum 300W. No cars or campers
will be permitted in the exhibit area except before and after show hours to load
and unload. We have a parking lot on the premises for crafters and for their
camper or trailer at no charge (Electric will not be provided for camping).
Only authentic hand-crafted items are acceptable. No
